From IH-35, head east on Airport Blvd. Turn left at MLK and it will turn into FM 969, keep straight past Decker Lake Rd, make a left at FM 973 and continue past 1st Decker Lake Rd. again, then continue straight past 130, make a right on Gilbert and go straight to the left to Nez Pence Rd. make a left and travel until Ned Pence automatically bends to the left, make a right on dirt road at that juncture, property is on the left at second gate on the left. It's 9 miles west of MLK and IH-35. There's also an easement to the property at the end of Upland Willow which is a neighborhood behind the land.
