Property populates well on GPS but make sure you turn left on Flower Hill at the end of the GPS guidance to locate 344 Flower Hill Rd. Begin by heading East on Highway 71 out of Smithville. Go about 2 miles and turn right on Old Lake Rd. Follow that road for 1.2 miles and go right again on Old Lake Rd. The road will curve hard to the left. About 4/10 of a mile down you will go right again on Old Lake Rd. Follow that road for 1.4 miles to Flower Hill Road and turn L. (no street sign). The first drive on the right is 344 Flower Hill Rd.
