One of the oldest and finest hunting ranches in Jim Hogg County and surrounded by two of the largest historical ranches in the area. The Morris Ranch has been under intense Wildlife Mgt. by the well known Hollywood Hunting Camp., in Falfurrias, Texas for the past 15 years. This ranch has some of the best Whitetail Deer and Bobwhite Quail hunting in the state. This area is known as the Bobwhite capital of the world. The dove and turkey are plentiful as well.
The Morris Ranch has been in the same family and is rich in history dating back to 1767 and the Noriacitas land grant. The ranch consists of rolling hills and scattered mesquite motts. It has a diversity of brush and native grasses.
The rich red soil is known for producing Muy Grande Winning Bucks and large coveys of Bobwhite Quail.
The water wells are plentiful and in good condition. Consisting of 7 water wells of which 3 are windmills with and avg depth of 200 ft.
Two houses; the main house is 4 bedroom and the managers house is 3 bedroom.

From Hebbronville turn right on CR 3073 go approximately 3 miles. Look for Morris Ranch sign on the right. Follow Morris Lane for 2.3 miles to the Morris Ranch Entrance on the right.
