About Crystal Banks

Crystal is the wife of fellow Realtor and high school sweetheart, Jim Banks. Jim and Crystal have been happily married since 2002, and are parents to three beautiful children, Karissa, Riley, and River. Crystal values family, faith, and her community of Lampasas, where she is a 7th generation resident.

Crystal first realized her passion for real estate while gaining knowledge with a conventional lender as a Bank Officer. She specialized in residential, commercial, and interim construction loans. This experience assisted her in planning for their future, buying and selling their home, the purchase of raw land and building their homestead.

Crystal has shown flexibility and strength throughout her marriage as a military spouse of 20 years. She knows first-hand, “The longer the wait, the sweeter the kiss.” Military spouses don’t wear uniforms or rank, but they do serve and sacrifice. It was her honor and privilege to stay at home with her children during their formative years and to support Jim with each mission assigned. After Jim's retirement, his mission shifted from combat boots to cowboy boots. Crystal was delighted with his choice to pursue a career as a Realtor, and decided to join him!

Crystal is an artistic individual with an eye for design and color palettes. She designed the home where her family currently resides from floorplan to finishes. Her heart is in the Texas Hill Country, living water, and tree scattered views with rays of sunlight stretching through. The smell of freshly churned ice cream and the sway of an old porch swing on a hot summer day bring her immeasurable joy. It is moments like these that inspire Crystal to assist her clients in making their dream a reality, from concept to close. She is a dedicated realtor with vision, and a trusted partner for your buying & selling endeavors.

Kirk Carpenter has grown up around the Hill Country for most of his life. Whether it was kayak fishing the highland lakes in the Spring, or chasing whitetail deer in the fall, he has always had a passion for the outdoors. His father, David Carpenter, has been teaching him about property enhancement and sales for over 15 years. Kirk took this knowledge a step further by earning a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics with a specification in Finance and Real Estate at Texas A&M University. This has furthered his knowledge in using real estate as an investment and how buying and selling land can be very profitable.
