About David Carpenter

David Carpenter grew up in Central Texas as a 5th generation Texan. His career encompassed the electronics industry with Texas Instruments and Mil-Rep Associates as Global Accounts Manager for Austin and San Antonio. He then opened Strategic OEM Sales, Inc., focusing solely on Dell Computer.

He married Mabel in 1981. They have two children, Marissa and Kirk. Kirk was a big factor in David buying his first ranch. He found that hunting and ranching was a great way to build a strong family bond. There is an ethic of hard work and honesty that just seems to come with land ownership.

Ten years ago, David bought his first ranch where he honed his skills for doing major improvements and added value to his property giving rise to Ranch Enhancement Ventures which became a full time endeavor. Since then, seven additional ranches between 110 and 866 acres were purchased in the Central Texas area, all of which gave David a unique perspective to offer to his clients, both from the buying and selling side of the transaction. He also possesses a unique understanding of land values and the potential value of highly improved properties. David and Mabel currently live in Horseshoe Bay.

About Blake Ledyard

Blake grew up in South East Texas. Early in his life, he found his passion for showing horses which lead to him working on numerous farms across the state. Blake graduated college from Texas Tech University where he majored in Management and Marketing and played polo.

After graduating, he traveled all around Texas working in the oil and gas industry. Those years of traveling the state introduced him to dozens of counties and gave him a deep appreciation and knowledge of the Texas Landscapes. Blake spends his free time with his wife and baby boy or hunting, fishing and enjoying the many different activities Austin has to offer.

About David Glorioso

David has spent most of his life in and around Central Texas. He and his wife recently celebrated 26 years of marriage and they have three adult children. Besides his family, David’s passions also include fishing, golf and anything outdoors. He is very active in his faith life and church community and enjoys serving others.

He has enjoyed a successful career in sales and sales management and brings his contagious and upbeat personality to the role of Realtor®. David has gained the respect and confidence of clients supporting them in both buying and selling transactions. About Doris Hopkins-Graeter

Doris Hopkins Graeter grew up in Williamson County on a working farm and ranch. She and her parents raised cattle, horses, goats, pigs and sheep, specializing in Registered Herford Bulls. They also raised hay, corn, maze and cotton. If you know anything about that life, you know she grew up working hard. She attributes her strong and honest work ethic to that life. After graduating she moved to Burnet County, married and has raised her family here. Her grandchildren are being raised in Burnet County also. Her roots run deep in Texas.

With a strong devotion to God and Family, she exhibits strong values and morals. Her previous career was in the Child Abuse field and Crisis Response for Law Enforcement. She loves people and loves to help them. Her belief is that we should all give back and make a difference, that is how she has lived her life. She has gotten many awards and honors; Volunteer of the Year, Law Enforcement of the Year, award for chairing the committee that developed the Boys and Girls Club to name a few. Something that has made a great impact on her life was aiding with the recovery of the Challenger and receiving a letter of gratitude and picture of the astronauts that lost their lives from NASA.

About Sandy Kinsey

Sandy Graeter Kinsey was born and raised in Burnet, Texas. She decided very early on that Burnet is exactly where she wanted to start her career and raise her own children. Once her dream of becoming a mother happened, Sandy accepted a position at Burnet CISD, where she could make a positive impact in children’s lives for over 16 years. As her children have grown and become more independent, she decided it was time to try a new career she always felt passionate about, real estate.

Sandy enjoys getting to know people, and believes there is nothing more special then helping others buy their first home, their forever home, their dream home, or spacious property.

When Sandy has free time, she loves to hunt, fish, and travel. She thrives on doing anything outdoor, and hopes of owning her own ranch someday. About Brian Valenta

Brian was born and raised in Temple, TX. and has lived in Central Texas his whole life. He is a fourth generation Texan and is an avid hunter and fisherman. Brian has been around ranches his whole life growing up with two of them in his family. Prior to real estate Brian was in the food and beverage industry having owned and operated a market and a restaurant in the Austin area. Coming from the service industry Brian has the upmost appreciation for customer service.

About Brigitte Nolen

Brigitte Nolen began her real estate career in Horseshoe Bay, TX in 1991, earning her Texas real estate license in 2000. She is a certified Luxury Home Specialist, a Resort and Second Home Specialist, and holds the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. Brigitte is fluent in the German and English languages. She began her real estate career as an office manager, worked as a broker's assistant, and later as an independent agent as well as with a team until joining Carpenter Ledyard Real Estate in December of 2018. Brigitte enjoys working with buyers and sellers and is excited to share her knowledge of the Highland Lakes and surrounding Hill Country with future residents. With almost three decades of experience in real estate, she brings a wealth of knowledge to this team.

Being born and raised in the German Alps, Brigitte has a soft spot for the Texas Hill Country. She loves boating on the surrounding lakes, and hiking at their beautiful family ranch. Her husband of 28 years, David (Dee) Nolen is a Hill Country native, who loves to share anecdotes and history of his local upbringing. She is following in the real estate footsteps of her late father-in-law, Clayton Nolen, who was instrumental in the sale and development of Horseshoe Bay. She relishes spending time with her adult children, and adores her three grandsons. Brigitte believes in giving back and regularly volunteers her time and support with local communities.

About Jacque Rogers Horn

Having grown up in Marble Falls, sales agent Jacque Rogers Horn says she has enjoyed watching her hometown grow. Her family’s history goes back four generations in the Burnet County area.

Jacque, graduated from MFHS in 1989, then graduated from Tarleton State University in 1993 with a degree in English Communications/Journalism.

She has been a business owner, a private and public school teacher for many years, a stay-at-home mom, a secretary for the Marble Falls Chamber of Commerce and a branch office administrator for Edward Jones Investments.

She and Charlie (her husband of 24+ years) have three children: Tyler, Sheridyn and Denver. Her whole family is involved with the Marble Falls Rodeo, where she is one of the directors.

She and her family have been active in the Highland Lakes community for many years. She and Charlie live on her family’s ranch where she grew up. There is just no better place to be than close to family in this beautiful hill country setting, she says.

About Savannah Lester

Savannah Lester brings to the real estate field a host of skills that combined create a valuable package for an agent. She has a solid foundation in horse and cattle operations for optimal land & ranch selection, selling and consulting. Savannah has multiple certifications in real estate & family mediation, as well as training real estate agents in mediation, thus providing her with the aptitude for strong negotiation and collaboration.
